About the Department
Background
The West Fargo Police Department has grown from two squad cars in 1968 to an authorized strength of 76 officers.
Mission Statement
The mission of the West Fargo Police Department is to protect life and property in a highly effective and efficient manner and to engage the community in a collaborative crime prevention program. To accomplish this mission, we will utilize organizational and problem-solving strategies and develop police-community partnerships to address the causes of crime and social disorder.

Offender registration is available 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday - Friday.Car Seat Safety
